r_home Wins Missing Middle Competition

We are honored to announce that our r_home , Single Family design entry won the the Chicago Architecture Center design competition for Missing Middle Infill Housing in Chicago. The competition sought innovative approaches to re-imagine traditional Chicago housing typologies, such as single-family homes, two and three-flats, row houses, and six-flats, to better align with the needs of modern living and affordability.
